Its beginning found us in Mulhouse at Salon FestiVitas.

We met old acquaintances, business partners, repeated guests for many years…

Sales didn’t go as well as we’d hoped, but extra virgin organic olive oil "eleonas" will continue to be sold in Alsace in Le Comptoir de Messenie

We stole two days from our heavy program for a short visit to Strasbourg.

Back to Rovies and the endless hunt for craftsmen. The olive press is still not finished.

Meanwhile we planted a few trees around our house, where the Dutch volunteers/guests of the hotel, cut down the huge pines and cypresses.

We also visited the DETROP exhibition in Thessaloniki, in order to stay informed about the production and marketing of olive oil.

Now, during Lent, olive oil is the protagonist.
