May has been a month full of activities and joyful celebrations. Here’s a glimpse of what we’ve been up to.

We are excited to announce the final touches on our new olive oil tasting activity. This experience is now live and being advertised. Come and take part in the “olive oil experience”. |

We are pleased to share that we have finished the restoration of one section of our warehouse.
Our efforts continue with the remaining parts, as the journey to recovery from the fire three years ago is long and demanding.
The restoration process requires significant time, financial resources, and personal dedication, but we are committed to bringing everything back to its former state. |

We enjoyed a morning birthday party for a cherished guest. This celebration was extra special as it marked their 20th consecutive year visiting eleonas Hotel. |
The highlight of the month was hosting the international workshop “Dialogues on Aerosol & Particle Technology.”
This event, which focused on transitioning research from the lab to commercial applications, brought together experts from academia and industry across nine countries.
Despite their packed schedule, participants enjoyed our olive oil tasting experience and visited our olive press. It was wonderful to see their curiosity and enthusiasm, as they asked many insightful questions.
In addition to the workshop, our guests visited the waterfalls and indulged in the local delicacies at all the taverns in Rovies and enjoyed a music night.
