Whispers of Autumn

Dear Friends,

 Every year around this time, as the summer season comes to a close,  we gather our memories from the past months, and this year has been no exception.

We enjoyed the conversations we had with each of you.

Hearing news from your lives and learning about the world from your perspectives was a joy.

We prepared many breakfasts for you, using local products.

We took great care in offering a variety of tastes each morning, hoping to provide something new and delightful to start your day.

Whether you were getting ready for an excursion or spending time relaxing on the beach, our breakfast gave you the energy you needed to make the most of your time here.

One of the highlights for us was  presenting the Olive Oil Tasting experience.

This year hosted in a specially arranged room, complete with videos and visual presentations.

It was a pleasure to share our passion for olive oil with you.

Your positive comments and feedback brought us great joy.

We hope we added a little more knowledge about olive oil

Stefanos was interviewed by national TV, where he had the chance to explain the unique process of treating protected designation of origin, green olives from Rovies.

Although the interview was cut short, we’re proud of the opportunity to showcase our local product to a broader audience.

The Greek National Opera chose our olive grove as the setting for a short film. We always knew our estate had its charm.

It seems we’re not the only ones who think it’s "photogenic."

We hope that during your stay, you also enjoyed the beauty of the estate as much as we do every day.

Now it’s time to recharge our batteries and begin the olive harvesting.
