As the olive harvest draws to a close, our thoughts turn to renewal.

It’s time to replace the trees lost to the devastating fire of 2021.

We’re seeking resilient olive varieties that can withstand high temperatures, thrive with minimal water, and grow quickly.

Most importantly, they must produce flavorful, aromatic oil to uphold our legacy of quality.

Our participation in the Food & Life Fair in Munich was a resounding success—we sold out completely!

German visitors were delighted by our olives and fresh, olive oil. Many returning visitors recognized us from previous years and spoke passionately about the exceptional quality and flavor of our products. (www.eleonasproducts.gr) .

We wish we could find a wholesaler or distributor in Germany…

My latest passion is crochet, and I’ve started knitting flowers.

There’s even the idea of a team project that could be displayed somewhere in the village—stay tuned!

I’m also continuing with my weaving.

My current project is especially meaningful: a rug made from my father’s ties and my mother’s scarves. It will be yet another cherished reminder of them.

I’m sure you’re all feeling the holiday cheer!

Although the hotel remains closed, I embraced the season by helping to decorate an alley in Limni.

I also poured my heart into creating our seasonal card this year.

After facing some printing challenges, I decided to send our wishes to you by hand instead.
