In winter, creativity is the order of the day! I spend many hours on the loom, weaving with gusto. Many of you asked to see one of my favorite creations – the rug made from my father’s old ties. Every line and every color holds memories and emotions, turning it into more than just a handmade piece. |

Winter on the farm means lots of work, and pruning is at the top of the list. For us olive growers in Northern Evia, the challenge is even greater. |
After the devastating fires of 2021, we must complete the restoration of the damage by June 2025, according to a recent government directive issued in December 2024. The time available is short and the pressure is on because we may lose state aid. |
