20 years ago, our love of nature led us to move from Athens to Rovies, in northern Evia, by the sea. It is there where our permanent residence is now, our business and our social activities.
On the private 35 hectares, the family has cultivated olive trees for more than 100 years.
Since 1835 an olive grove was being created with exceptional characteristics.
The region’s microclimate, the fertile soil, the organic cultivation (certified by BIO HELLAS) and Stefanos’ personal care, guarantee the excellent quality of the olives. The varieties we cultivate are: Amfissa, Kalamata, Koroni and Spanish.
The table olives are hand-picked one by one.
We believe in sustainable development and we live and farm according to this philosophy.
Sustainable development is the development which covers the needs of the present without endangering the capability of the future generations to cover their own needs. (WCED)
The Kalamata olives are left to mature on the tree until they become wrinkled. They are then treated naturally and we offer them to you tasting neither too bitter nor too salty.
After you open the plastic bag (preferable as easier to carry), place the olives in a jar in the fridge.
